"GOOD TIMES NEVER SEEMED SO GOOD"
8/26/71 Vegas Complete Show! Includes 'I'm Leavin', 'It's Impossible' + Bonus!
1st Pressing Ultra-Rare LP MINT/UnPlayed!
The title derives from a classic Neil Diamond single, "Sweet Caroline", which increasingly became a part of the King's repertoire during his live performances throughout the 1970's. The stunning front cover shows Elvis performing during a 1971 tour show(sorry, our scan doesn't due it justice!), while the back contains a detailed list of songs and extensive liner notes. The record, which contains the entire live performance from the Las Vegas Hilton on August 26, 1971, includes Elvis singing for the very first time, "I'm Leavin'", his current single at the time, as well as his rendition of Perry Como's chart-topping hit "It's Impossible", which was never officially recorded by Elvis in a studio.
A Bonus track is included from a later '73 Vegas show, Elvis' rendition of Simon & Garfunkel's "Bridge Over Troubled Water".
