The record looks V+V. On "New Orleans", near the beginning there are two digs parallel to the grooves. They tick moderately for app 10 grooves. Side after the digs plays near V+. "Chattanooga" plays near V+.
Records are graded visually. I play grade any potential problem areas. I attempt to grade conservatively, listing all significant flaws. I use the VJM grading system--N, N-, E+, E, E-, V+, V, V-, G, F, P. My highest grade is E+ unless the record is known to be store stock. You will be satisfied. No hassles. 78s will be properly packed and shipped in a box, not a record mailer.
