Young Louis Armstrong joins King Oliver on cornets as King Oliver's

Jazz Band plays "Jazzin' Babies' Blues" on OKeh 4975.


Johnny and Baby Dodds as well as Lil Hardin are all sitting in.


This was recorded in Chicago on June 23, 1923.


On the reverse side, Clarence Williams' Blue Five plays "New Orleans

Hop Scop Blues." Sidney Bechet is sitting in on clarinet.


This side was done on October 3, 1923 in NYC.


The record is in only V to V+ condition on the Oliver side, and V

condition on the Williams side. The first few grooves are quite

scratchy on Oliver, and the first several grooves are quite scratchy on

the Williams side. Not in great shape, but it plays through with no

hangs or skips.
