This is an original Colonel pressing on the puke/splatter vinyl. Only 100 were pressed. This is NOT the more recent Burger Records reissue—this is the original Colonel pressing from 2009!
The cover has two small bumped covers, nothing horrible—call it Ex-. The record is UNPLAYED and EX.

GRADING
I grade vinyl very conservatively. I don't just sell records, I buy them for myself as well. The only records I will grade Mint are sealed records, and even then will note cover condition. I do not rate records Near Mint. The next-highest rating for me is Excellent.
Mint = sealed
EX = like new condition, little to no wear visible
EX- = may have a sleeve mark or two that does not make noise, or slight sign of handling, but still plays excellent
VG+ = no major flaws, looks good and plays great, occasional minor pop or click, used but not abused
VG = may have some marks that play but no skipping; may have some pops and clicks. Still a solid record to listen to.
