The Kinks - Arthur or The Decline And Fall of the British Empire - Reprise Records - RS 6366 - LP Vinyl w/ Insert/Lyrics Sheet 
Matrix Runout Side 1 - 30953 RS 6366 A-1G Matrix Runout Side 2 - 30954 RS 6366 B 1M
I cleaned the Record, it does have very light scuff marks - Inner Sleeve has light tanning, NO splits - Outer Sleeve has minor corner wear - Insert is very clean 
Please see pictures, as the pictures help with the description and condition - I will be listing 1,000s of vinyl in the next few months, I got these from a couple were the husband worked for CBS as a distributor in the 1970's. These have been in storage for a long time. It comes in clear sleeve and ships in a vinyl shipping box
