ORIGINAL, STUNNING VINYL and RECORD LABELS.
‘SOMETHING ELSE BY THE KINKS’ was released by PYE Records UK in 1967.
The HEAVYWEIGHT Vinyl LP is on the traditional PYE Records label Label, with ‘Made in England’and P date 1967 label Text.
Both sides of the PYE record labels are in BEAUTIFUL NEAR MINT condition, with nothing more than a few light centre spider trails.
Both sides of the HEAVY WEIGHT vinyl disc are in STUNNING NEAR MINT condition, showing nothing more than a couple light surface hairlines, but no scuffs or deep scratches.
The side 1 matrix NPL 18193A-1*M and Side 2 matrix is scratched out and replaced with NPL 18193B-1*M .
As expected the album plays as good as it looks through all of the 13 tracks with NO skips or clicks, a STUNNING 60s MONO sound.
The album comes in a POLY Lined Long Playing Made in Great Britain printed Inner Bag and is in NEAR MINT condition, there are NO seam splits and NO handwriting or tearing.
And is housed in its ORIGINAL NON LAMINATED Garrod and Lofthouse Patents Pending three flip back sleeve.
The Sleeve is in RESPECTABLE excellent condition. The Silver Front panel shows only very mild record indentation, and a couple of small handling marks, The silver reverse panel is CLEAN and BRIGHT, showing a couple of small scratches to the bottom flip back, the spine edge shows a little rubbing to the bottom section, and the printed wording ‘SOMETHING ELSE BY THE KINKS’ and PYE POPULAR –NPL 18193 are clearly readable.
A SUPERB example of this RARE original Kinks album with a STUNNING vinyl LP and respectable sleeve.
