THE KINKS: YOU REALLY GOT ME (debut LP) MONO Reprise R-6143 original 1st press 'steamboat' tri-colour label
This LP is great condition. US LPs because of their type of manufacture - pasted slicks on thick card stock often did not wear well this copy this copy is an exception and is amazing condition for a near 60 year old LP. The LP includes the original Reprise inner sleeve advertising other acts on the label. Reprise 'steamboat' tri-colour original label are becoming increasingly hard to find.
The sleeve exhibits some minor shelf wear along the edges and and a small neat signiture on the top edge on the rear of the sleeve - see photo. Other than that sleeve exhibits no major defects and is graded Ex-.
The LP has been graded visually under a strong light and retains a deep shine and lustre (which makes it hard to photograph - note: the lines you see are not defects, but are reflections) as such it is graded Ex. Please study the pictures as they form part of the description. I also believe I grade conservatively and err on the side safety if in doubt.
