Obi Sheet/Insert – EX+ : The original 2 paged folded paper obi sheet/insert, this is 175mm x 175mm, this has no rips, tears or serious creases. This has a track listing and the lyrics on in Japanese and English and some information in Japanese.

Factory Sleeve : This has its original factory paper sleeve. This has no rips, tears or serious creases, but has some light humidity about it.
