WHY Handling Fee? Please Read Down Below

From Oct 2008,

eBay has changed the maximum shipping cost.

As for Record;
eBay has decided max $4.00 postage for US Domestic Delivery.
At first, I thought it would not be the same for international sellers,
I have asked the eBay by eBay Live Chat and they told me that it is the same rate for the international Sellers as well.

It is impossible for me to send 1 Record by $4.00. I need at least $8.00 for 1LP.

eBay adivesed me to add $4.00 to my starting price.

However almost of my items are started at $1.99(not Fixed Price), a lot of my customers love my price. I wanted to keep my starting price(for usual auction).

So I asked eBay about my problem, eBay advised me to set $4.00 handling fee, so that my shipping cost will be the same.

I took their advise,so if you buy 1LP, it will be $4.00 shipping cost and $4.00 handling fee =$8.00 for 1 LP delivering from Japan.

It is a bit complicated but please understand.
Follwing is my new postage & handling rate, please read.

If you buy multiple items such as 2 or 3 or more items,
my handling fee will be $4.00 NO MORE THAN $4.00, so

More you buy items More you save the postage fees.

If you win more than $30.00,I will ask you to add $4.00 for Registered Fee.

If you win 2 LP's (First Lp) is $4.00 +(additional LP)$3.00+(handling fee)$4.00=$11.00
If you win 1 LP and 1EP[7inch] (First Lp) is $4.00 +(additional EP)$1.00+(handling fee)$4.00=$9.00
If you win 2EP[7inch] First EP(7inch) is $4.00 + (additional EP)$1.00 +(handling fee)$2.00=$7.00

It would take 2 weeks to 2 month.register + $4.00
The over 2kg,I can not send you the small packet SAL,
