This album is Brand New Factory Sealed with shrink wrap in Near Mint Condition. Shrink wrap has come loose on the front bottom right corner and has not affected the cover, there are 2 small typical edge creases on the front bottom (see these details on pictures 3 & 4). Please check All the pictures for further details on condition!! We have included a New polyethylene sleeve for the cover!!
