Description
I am very pleased to be able to offer for sale a copy of the Koobas self titled 1969 LP original pressing on Columbia SCX 6271, Matrix YAX 3716 1 / 3717 1. A very hard to find fascinating Brit Beat/psychedelic crossover.
The LP sleeve is in fair/good condition. No writing, inscriptions or markings. The front cover has a crease to the top right and the sleeve opening shows traces of rubbing and wear as do the bottom left and right corners (please see photo). The spine is intact and undamaged (again please see photo). Original Garrod and Lofthouse flip back sleeve.
The inner sleeve is the original and unmarked and undamaged. The inner label is undamaged, unmarked and in mint condition on both sides.
The vinyl itself is in Good condition. It could definitely do with a clean, facilities I do not have access to. Most importantly having listened carefully to it throughout I can confirm that there are no jumps and no sticks. Clicks are minimal (most come between tracks) and background hiss acceptable. This is a loud record so any failings are rarely noticed.
I should explain I am not a regular dealer or seller of vinyl as such and only sell surplus or unwanted items. I am selling this because I already own a repressing and the CD.
The LP will be despatched in extremely secure, padded packaging. I send my vinyl as I would like/expect to receive it. It will be despatched tracked and insured.
