Description

Selling US De-Lite second pressing of Kool & The Gang’s debut LP. This variation is identifiable by the back-cover blurb “Contains The Hit Single ‘The Gang’s Back Again’ ” and by “Let The Music Take Your Mind” being listed on both the cover and labels—differences from the first issue. 
Musically, it’s the band’s raw, horn-driven funk/soul-jazzstarter with cuts like “Kool & The Gang,” “Chocolate Buttermilk,” “Sea of Tranquility,” “The Gang’s Back Again,”and “Let The Music Take Your Mind.”

Condition:

  • Vinyl: VG+ to EX (play-graded) — plays great throughout.

  • Jacket: VG+ — edge and shelf wear with scuffing at the top of the front cover; solid overall.
