Kool & The Gang - Spirit Of The Boogie/Jungle Jazz
Extremely Scarce Version On a 7” UK Polydor Pressing from 1975 (2001 566)
Usually has “get down with the boogie “ on the flip side
However’
This One has the classic Heavy drum break “ “Jungle Jazz” Sampled by Various Hip Hop & Soul related Artists over the years, Cold Cut to name one
It has a feel of the track “jungle Boogie” a sort of instrumental twist on the track
Very Rare issue especially on a UK press 7”
Never seen another of this particular copy anywhere ever

The vinyl has a mark on one side, also a few scuffs & general wear, for over 40 years old you can forgive it I guess, also i must add !!there is also a small crack in the vinyl causing just literally one or two light pips but both sides play through , the crack is even & not easy to notice unless you go in close but like I say it still plays
However beautiful my pictures look I want you to be happy before you bid so Its a genuine description as ever
Anyway it’s a seriously rare one so it’s your call, once it’s gone it’s gone you may never see it again on a UK Press so hopefully the right person wins ????
