Kraftwerk UK 1st Pressing Double LP. Spiral Vertigo

	£		80
	$		106

This is an absolutely stunning UK first pressing of the original Kraftwerk double LP from 1972

Vertigo 6641 077 (The records themselves have the catalogue numbers 6499 268 and 6499 269 - I've no idea why but all UK first pressings of this album were issued this way!)

Original UK Vertigo Spiral labels and original swirl logo inner sleeves.

1//1 / 2//1 / 1//1 / 2//1 matrix numbers

Original laminated gatefold sleeve WITH the original cover sticker still intact! - This LP was designed and marketed by Vertigo in the UK to be sold at the initial low price of £3.00. The first batch of these LP's were deliveed to shops in the UK with a purpose-designed sticker on the front of the sleeve, using the same design and lettering as the rest of the sleeve. I've never seen another copy with this sticker still intact. These stickers were always peeled off (and you could peel this one off too if you really want to!) This sticker is part of the original LP sleeve design and is RARE!

The gatefold sleeve is in excellent condition - There is some moderate storage wear and some relatively minor damage to te spine and corners. Other than that, it's in great shape. I've resisted the teptation to upgrade this sleeve because of the cover sticker.

I say, 'upgrade the sleeve' because both records are absolutely mint and perfect!

These two LP's have been played no more than twice since new and are in stunning condition. All four labels are perfect and as new except for a few small, light spindle marks. All four sides of vinyl are as close to genuine unplayed mint as you will ever see. Totally and utterly perfect except for few tiny, tiny surface marks. You will NEVER see better copies of these LP's!!!!

Both of the original Vertigo inner sleeves are in at least excellent-plus / near mint condition and are perfect except for a few extremely light creases and a spot of yellowing.

Stunning!
