Heavy metal / hardrock band from Columbia, South America.  This is their third album, III (AKA Tres), originally from 1990.  This edition is issued out of Venezuela, in 1991, on the Sonolux label, catalog #LPS-26222.   
Condition: Vinyl: there is one big, long heavy scuff/light scratch.  It isn't deep, as I had to look for it when reexamining for photos.  To find it, follow the Sonolux circular label up, then over about an inch, in the 12th photo.  I took a close-in of it in the very last photo, at a slightly different angle, in case it shows up better, there.  As mentioned, it is a bit hard to find without actually holding it, yourself, under a bright light.  The photos were all taken with three lights, above, one bright, and two farther away; but the problem of taking a picture right under a bright light is that the reflection from the vinyl surface makes it hard to really distinguish anything.  If further photos are desired, let me know, and I will be happy to provide them, at different angles.  / Cover: Ringwear. Three corners are slightly bumped. There are two discoloration spots on the middle of the front (between the top of the left and central pillar, and at the top of the central pillar) but I cannot feel them, which has me wondering if they were a flaw in the original art, when transferred (?). (See photo #9.) There are creases, shown in photos #6-8. Also, expand the two cover images to get another close-up view of any lesser creases.  On the back, there is a big scratch just to the right of the 'La Musica Es Cultura' sticker. (see photo.)  On the other hand, the spine and open edge are not messed up (note photos #3-5), still in great shape.   / I will play test the vinyl and report on that, shortly...

This will be very carefully packed with the record outside of the sleeve to prevent problems in transit.  There will be a sheet of solid cardboard on each side, which, together with the LP mailer, will make a double layer of cardboard on both sides.  I will take it to the post office within two business days of receipt of payment.
