On “The Magic Bow”, Michael Rabin with the Hollywood Bowl Symphony conducted by Felix Slatkin performs Kreisler’s “Caprice Viennois”, and “The Old Refrain”, the Kreisler-Paganini “Moto Perpetuo”, Sarasate’s “Gipsy Airs” plus others by Massenet, Saint Saens, and arrangements by Heifetz. An Australian stereo pressing on EMI’s World Record Club Label (S/5129), the record is of excellent appearance and plays and sounds superb with minimal surface noise. The cover has some minor wear only.
