According to the above grading system, the record is in VG+ condition.
The sleeve is I would say Poor, due to one of the corners. See attached photos.


* Mint (M): Perfect, often sealed, unplayed.
* Near Mint (NM or M-): Nearly perfect, played very few times, no obvious surface wear.
* Very Good Plus (VG+): Light, visible scuffs or light scratches, minor surface noise.
* Very Good (VG): Used, surface noise present, visible marks/groove wear.
* Good Plus (G+) / Good (G): Heavy play, significant noise, scratches, but plays through.
* Fair (F) / Poor (P): Cracked, warped, skips, often for collection filling only. 

* Sleeves: Graded similarly; expect splits, ring wear, or writing on lower-grade items.
