************** Greetings, This week we are selling a selection of rare, original 1st press bhangra records from our personal collection. Please check the full list by clicking through to our others items for sale! There are some absolute gems up for grabs, including super rare titles from Kuldip Manak (including "Manak And Party in England" & "Dilla De Sodya"!), Alaap, Jazzy B and a personally hand-signed double LP from Amitabh Bachchan :)

For sale here is an original, UK 1st issue copy of one of the holy grails of UK bhangra music, Kuldip Manak's LP "Dilla De Sodya", released by Asian Records in 1980. Having sourced records for over 15 years now, this is the only copy of this particular LP we have ever found...
Please note, this copy is 100% original, with the original sleeve. We are aware that bootleg copies of this album have been circulating over the past couple of years here. This one is NOT one of those, it is OG, UK 1st!
Please see photos which articulate the cosmetic condition of the LP better than words can. It is a solid VG (Very Good) copy of this practically impossible to find LP...
Grading:
Record: VG (VERY GOOD) - The record is in great shape and conservatively graded at VG due to its value. A small area of light heat damage to the record edge results in very minor vertical arm movement at the beginning of playback on side A. This heat damage results in a faint background low frequency "whooshing" sound which is audible in the background for the first 25 seconds of playback on Side A and the first 15 seconds of playback on Side B. After these intros, both sides play back VG+ until the end. Light bag rash is visible on the side A record surface (see photos), a result of the record being previously housed in a PVC inner sleeve. This has minimal to no impact to playback on side A, with just light background noise audible between tracks. Apart from this, there are just a few light wispy marks on both sides which have no effect on playback. Label A is clean and Label B has a name written on it in biro (see photos). The pressing is excellent and the music comes across wonderfully :)
Sleeve: VG (VERY GOOD) - The original thin paper outer sleeve is in VG shape with just some tape to the bottom and spine edges and a name and number written in blue biro on the front and rear top edges. No tears, just light creasing. Conservatively graded at VG!
