Kursaal Flyers original leaflet, flyer and management gig paperwork from 1976 This is a multiple lot comprising paper items that were kept by the band's manager (Paul Conroy) in his gig files.
The leaflet and flyer in this lot are: Original vintage leaflet from the Kursaals' 1976 'Works Outing' tour Vintage flyer for the gig at Johnson Hall Yeovil on Wednesday 3rd November 1976
All other paperwork in this lot relates to the gig at Johnson Hall Yeovil on Wednesday 3rd November 1976. The items are: One Kursaal Flyers stage plan One PMT (photo mechanical transfer print) of the Kursaal Flyers file from Melody Maker One copy of the letter to promoters summarising information about the tour plus contact details One copy of the terms and conditions for hiring Johnson Hall Yeovil One receipt for ticket sales taken by the venue One copy of the cover letter sent with the original contract for the gig at Johnson Hall Yeovil plus one other date from the tour One copy of the original application to hire Johnson Hall Yeovil One copy of the agreement between the promoter and the band for the gig at Johnson Hall Yeovil One copy of Johnson Hall Yeovil's promotional leaflet for November 1976 –January 1977 which includes a listing for the Kursaal Flyers gig The original deposit receipt for the gig at Johnson Hall Yeovil Four pieces of paper with notes relating to the ticket sales from different outlets, plus other notes Three promotional photos of the band Faze, with notes on the back relating to ticket sales for the Kursaal Flyers at Johnson Hall Yeovil plus one other date from the tour One card folder that was used by the management to store all paperwork for the gig at Johnson Hall Yeovil, with a handwritten sticker on it
Condition This is a multiple lot. Condition varies from item to item. Some items are superb condition, others are in worse condition having creasing, small tears and other signs of age typically occurring to old paper. Some of the items have writing on but none of the writing is damage; they are original management notes. Many of the notes are made by the band's manager Paul Conroy, and his original signature appears too. Please refer to all photos. Items will be expertly packaged to ensure no damage occurs in transit
