Description
The product is a 10 inch LP yellow picture disc featuring a collaboration between Kurt Cobain and William S. Burroughs, released in 1993 under the record label Tim/Kerr records. Titled "The Priest they called him," this record offers a unique blend of spoken word and Kurt's electric guitar, capturing the experimental and unconventional style of the two artists. Housed in a cardboard sleeve, this vinyl LP is a collector's item for fans of alternative music and spoken word experimentation.
Abstract Art for the Ears - there is no edition number. Hand written on picture disc - TK - 92 - 10044, this is located on the picture disc just after play ends and under “called him” (shown in last photo). Also, APOLLO is impressed on the yellow side (shown in 3rd to last photo). There are a couple of scratches on the printed autographed side located on the t & i of Kurtis name, and a couple of scuff marks below this.
The sleeve does have wear around the edges, I did play this record and it played fine. Overall, will make a good addition to your collection. It makes for an interesting collaboration between an American Novelist & a Musician. Thank you for looking!!!
