Kyuss Wretch 2LP. This is the USA DALI REORDS press ON CLEAR VINYL from 1991 (3704 61256 1). 

Vinyl Description:
Vinyl is STUNNING! Labels are nice and clean with NO spindle wear. Nice and glossy vinyl, NO marks! Looks Unplayed!
 
Sleeve Description
Sleeve is great! Spine is still square and print completely legible. Corners nice and sharp. Does have some very minor edge wear on lower edge - Nothing dramatic.
