this is my last listing of the year & it's a great one! up for grabs here is the LA VALSE 7" from holland.comes with the tracks "winter" & "sorrow" in my opinion this is the perfect marriage of minimal synth & cold wave.i think this record is an absolute masterpiece & it's seems better after each listen.of all the rare dutch records i've had in this genre this is my personal fave.the copy offered here is in EX/NM condition.cover has a medium corner bend but is so perfect besides that that i grade at EX.this also comes with a promo/bio sheet & a promo glossy picture of band.this was released in holland on NO RECORDS (01) released by the band themselves.it's a pity they did'nt make a whole lp but at least this little gem exists (like a souvenir from a better world) both songs are great my fave is the b-side "sorrow" will add sound clips via the AUCTION PLAYER after i list this.you'll hear the b-side 1st.this band was from breda,holland.there is no year on label,sleeve or bio/info sheet but this is obviously 80's.my guess is between '82 & '85.does anyone out there know the exact year of release? both of these songs belong on a compilation of rare minimal synth.very rare record,this is only the 2nd i've found in almost 4 years now of searching for these kind of records.i did not expect to find another copy but i did.i advise to take your chance now or possibly never.this is the only copy i have,not sitting on more.will not end this auction early so please just bid your highest offer.good luck & thanks for l@@king!!payment via PAYPAL only.shipping info below! and don't forget this auction ends next tuesday evening,not my usual sunday eve ending.JUST LISTENED TO SOUND CLIPS & FELT TO NEED TO MENTION THAT SOMETHING ODD HAS OCCURED.THE SOUND LEVEL JUMPS UP AFTER THE BEGINNING OF "SORROW" THIS OF COURSE IS NOT HAPPENING WHEN YOU NORMALLY PLAY THE RECORD ON YOUR STEREO.ALSO THE VOCALS ON THIS ARE MIXED IN A BIT LOW BUT ON THE SAMPLES HERE YOU CAN HARDLY HEAR THE GUY SINGING.ESPECIALLY ON "SORROW". ANYWAYS JUST LETTING YOU KNOW ACTUAL SOUND QUALITY IS MUCH BETTER THAN THIS BUT AT LEAST THIS GIVES YOU A GOOD IMPRESSION OF WHAT THIS GROUP SOUNDS LIKE.
