Description

Labi Siffre, The Singer and The Song
Original 1971 UK Pye Records vinyl LP housed in gatefold sleeve, NSPL 28147.
Earliest A1/B1 matrices. There are two variants of this early blue and black label, this one has the black part at top.
Vinyl visually glossy but with some scuff marks and gentle scratches, some more obviously visible. No deep marks or scratches.
Playback is crackly here and there and the occasional isolated tick. This is rarely at an obtrusive level however. No loud or consecutive ticks or clicks.
Labels are clean.
Plain poly-lined inner sleeve is structurally sound but somewhat creased.
External sleeve top end VG. Some light signs of wear including scuffing to foot of spine. A few very small dots of marks here and there.
