- "ORIGINAL RECORDING BY" at 11 o'clock
- "Made in England" at bottom
- Decca 'Musical Notes' logo on side 1 only
- Matrix numbers printed upside-down

- 'Half-moon' flipbacks (aka scalloped)
- Triangular "DECCA STEREOPHONIC" logo in a box on front and without a box on back
- Thin spine with no text on it
- "Printed in England" on bottom flipback
- "Laminated with 'Clarifoil' made by British Celanese Limited" on bottom flipback
- Printing date on bottom flipback is Febraury 1960 ("2-60")
- Uncredited sleeve notes in English only on back

COVER CONDITION: VG+: Jacket has light ring wear, creases, in very good shape overall. Includes original Lined Decca inner sleeve which is in great shape (See Photos).
VINYL CONDITION: NM: Vinyl is in great shape, sounds amazing, plays fine (See Photos).
