ABOUT ME:

I am selling some of my collection unfortunately. I have been collecting for over 25 years and was a big club DJ in NYC in the 80s. I decided I don't have anymore room to keep all these goodies and they will be better off with someone who can really appreciate them. They are all from Fair to mint. If you have any question about the condition of the vinyl, label and/or jacket or you need clarification or any information that you may not see listed, please ask BEFORE bidding. I DO NOT grade jackets and sleeves, so contact if you need more information about that. Also, I am NOT responsible for inadvertent errors, such as wrong audio, so if you suspect the audio to be incorrect please contact me so I can change it. Although I do my best to prevent errors, they do happen occassionally, however, that doesn't mean you were being targeted or scammed. Just contact me if there is a problem and I will do my best to resolve the issue.

SHIPPING:

NOTE: Shipping can and sometimes does take up to 4 weeks even if shipped by Priority mail due to customs and slow postal service, however, most records shipped items will take only 1-2 weeks if shipped outside the United States, and 2-5 days if shipped within the United States. If you are INSIDE the US, please contact after 2 weeks and 1 month if OUTSIDE the US after paying for your item if your item has not been received.

SHIPPING FEES IN THE U.S.: Cost of shipping Inside the Continental United States:. The following is only for the Continental United States. Will ship priority mail, recorded delivery, packed in secure cardboard.

First record: $6.50. $2.00 per additional record. (Sorry, no media mail available)

SHIPPING FEES OUTSIDE THE U.S.: Cost of shipping Outside the United Sates. The following is only for Outside the United States. Will ship priority mail ONLY mail, packed in secure cardboard, tracking service online included. I do not ship surface mail. Fees are as follows:

Canada, $13.50 flat fee for First Class International Mail for order UNDER $50.00. All orders OVER $50 are $16.50 flat fee for Priority Mailfor the first record. $3 each additional record on any order.

The Rest of the World, $15 flat fee for First Class International Mailfor order UNDER $50.00. All orders OVER $50 are $21.00 flat fee for Priority Mail for the first record. $3 each additional record on any order.

There are no exceptions to these prices, as the post office set the price. All prices include secure packing material, handling and online tracking when available.

PLEASE NOTE: Double and triple pack records count as separate records, not as one. Also, expensive records over $50-100 are recommended to be insured. I am NOT responsible for lost or damaged items after shipment. Spend the extra few bucks and be safe, rather than sorry later!

PAYMENT:

Item must be paid for with 3 days of the closing bid REGARDLESS OF WHETHER OR NOT YOU ARE BIDDING ON OTHER ITEMS, since you may not win future items. I also require that you inform me when you make your payment in your Paypal notification for a winning item if you want me to hold that item until completion of another auction. If you do NOT inform me to hold your item in the paypal notification your item may be shipped without notice. Sending me a separate email is not sufficient for me to hold your records as I get too many emails to remember who is being held what, and I ONLY go by instructions in your pay-pal payment notification, which MUST include the CORRECT shipping address. Thanks for understanding. AGAIN, ALL notes and instructions to me must be in your paypal payment notification, not in a separate email. I ship only to Pay-pal payment addresses.

PAYPAL ONLY!!! NO E-CHECKS! THAT MEANS FUNDS MUST BE AVAILABLE WHEN YOU PAYPAL. NO EXCUSES PLEASE! Failure to pay will result in NEGATIVE FEEDBACK!! I may refuse to sell to anyone for any reason whatsoever if there is good ground or suspicion that bidder may not pay, either due to excessive negative feedback or otherwise.
CONDITION DESCRIPTION:

”Perfect record” is in the eye of the beholder. Also, some records look better than they sound and others sound better than they look. 80% of my grading is sound, 20% visual. If you are unsure, ask BEFORE you bid. My grading is as follows:

* MINT = Unplayed. NOTE I only grade records mint if they are sealed or JUST opened WITHOUT PLAY
* NEAR MINT = Played a few times, but visibly looks very good, and although most won’t, some may have very minor marks, wear and tear. I.e. Maybe some tiny light scratches and marks which does NOT affect the play. There will not be any noise or pops, except for regular vinyl noise and/or minute defects.
* EXCELLENT = Played several times or regularly but still very playable with some noises, pops, or marks.
* FAIR = Been played a lot and has normal tear and wear that includes noise, pops or marks. I.e. More for a DJ that wants to play the record out rather than visual. However it should not skip and have major pops.
I do not sell records that are beat up, scratched, skip, or simply so bad that you can’t even listen to it. I do my best to grade my records so you can be a happy vinyl camper, but if for any reason you are not happy, contact so we can work it out.

My feedback speaks for itself. I make every reasonable attempt to resolve any issue you may have even though it is very difficult to satisfy every single person. PLEASE contact me with ANY issue you may have if you intend to leave neutral or negative feedback so we can work out the issue to make you happy. I consider neutral feedback negative feedback because it is a sign of dissatisfaction. Again, contact me with any issue before leaving neutral or negative feedback. I will refund within three (3) days of item(s) recieved and/or issue credit if I made a mistake on item description or otherwise my mistake. However, you must contact within three (3) days after you recieve the item or you will forfeit any refund.
