(Killer sounds from Studio One on this Muzik City rarity...Larry meets Alvin and they deliver a wicked up-tempo piece of early reggay music...right at the edge of rocksteady...swing & sway with those sounds of the day...comes as original pre-release press on Mr. Coxsone Dodd's Muzik City-imprint from JA...from around 1968...w-w-w-w-wicked chuneeee...as I&I'd say...watch out...and watch out for my other reggae-items!!!)

WAX'N'SOUND:  vg+/vg+, both sides show some light wear, has light marks and light surface scratches,very shiny wax, plays ina 2-dimes-styleee w/ top punch + full, transparent sound, there's light crackle to be expected! 

LABEL: PRE-RELEASE labels heavily damaged on both sides ina original "sound-man" styleeee,  NO writings/markings except for some letters of "Can't you..." as well as some parts of the original rubberstamp from Muzik City - watch the scan, please (other side looks the same w/o writings/markings)!

 Something 'bout Sound + Vision: We shouldn't rely on visual appearance alone (as pretty looks isn’t all as they say) - therefore these records are graded after their visual appearance and their sound quality! I personally prefer a record with crackling but strong sound + punch to one playing clean but with surface noise from the pressing (as we find with re-pressed discs - too - often).

Grading records is a very subjective thing but I try hard to be objective as a human being can be (yes indeed, this seller is a human being).   THIS IS MY VINYL GRADING SCALE:   EX (= really great - EX means "excellent", really...) VG (= nice, if you don't have an excellent one - by the way: VG means "very good"...) G (= playable, but you might find a better one - G means "good", but this term may be a bit euphemistic to reggae-vinyl-novices. Be realistic: a record graded G doesn't jump nor stick, but that's the best I can say about it...) P (= just a collection-filler for the hard-edged + hardest-boiled collectors + selectors + all the rudegals out there - P stands for "poor", yunno...)
