Description
LARRY AND MYRA – Eat the Day (The Alien Nation LS-101) 1970
MINT-/EX (so close to MINT-)
Folk psychedelia with innocent and magical atmosphere, male/female vocals, guitars, keys, and flute. Like new textured cover with only the slightest wear on back and spine (unbelievable condition for a 1970 private pressing). Disc is probably unplayed but has traces of mold release compound and a couple of very small and very light press scuffs that do not affect playing.
Folk psicodelia de atmósfera inocente y mágica, con voces chico/chica, guitarras, teclados y flauta. La carpera está casi como nueva –apenas está rozada en la parte posterior y en el lomo (increíble para tratarse de un prensaje privado de 1970). El disco está probablemente sin usar pero tiene marcas de la mezcla del vinilo y del prensaje que no afectan al sonido.

ESTADO DE LOS DISCOS/MY GRADING SYSTEM
All records are graded cover/disc.
La gradación del estado (carpeta/disco) y las abreviaciones son una mezcla de mi experiencia y lo que dicta Record Collector (coordenadas aceptadas universalmente) pero no dudes en preguntar cualquier duda:
SEALED: todavía permanece precintado.
MINT: tiene el aspecto de no haber sido usado y está perfecto (looks unplayed and is in perfect condition).
MINT-: aunque el disco puede haber sido usado, está bien cuidado, sin marcas de uso y como nuevo (the record might have been played but its previous owner took well care of it; it has no defects other than pressing stains or discoloration from mold release compound that do not affect sound quality).
EX: tiene signos de haber sido usado como marcas de la funda interior y de agujas perdidas; el sonido sólo se ve afectado por el deterioro general y nunca a causa de marcas concretas (record has signs of use like inner-sleeve scuffs, pressing abrasions, stylus marks, etc., yet sound quality is only vaguely affected by general deterioration, not by particular defects).
VG++: ha sido usado con regularidad y presenta marcas en la superficie, el ruido es mínimo y son discos coleccionables (it has been played regularly and has surface scuffs; yet, noise is negligible and does not distract from the music).
VG+: ha sido muy usado y, aunque la música siempre predomina, sí que tiene muchas marcas de un uso descuidado (record has been used a great deal without much care; it may have scuffs and scratches and plays with tolerable noise and occasional clicks and pops).
Todos los discos son embalados cuidadosamente: siempre que es posible se embalan en cajas de cartón específicamente diseñadas para enviar LPs con el disco fuera de la carpeta para evitar que se deterioren los bordes de las carpetas.
All records are packaged carefully in a sturdy corrugated box made specifically for mailing LPs plus cardboard insert. The covers are placed in plastic record sleeves and the vinyl is removed from the cover (except for sealed items) to prevent seam splitting during transit.
