Description

These are the metal master discs used to stamp out vinyl records for Larry's Bootleg album, one of the most important albums of the Jesus Movement. The making of vinyl records is quite complex, but if you'd like to read about how they're made and the role these masters played in the making of the Bootleg album, search Wikipedia for "Production of Gramophone Records".

These 4 discs are fascinating conversation pieces suitable for framing, but they make lousy frisbees. If you start throwing them around they could be quite dangerous, kind of like ninja throwing stars, but laden with controversial early Christian Rock music instead of deadly sharp edges. At any rate, they are pretty cool and are a nice slice of Christian music history.
