*Rarely Found LATE ELECTRICALLY RECORDED Edison Diamond Disc*

VERY LATE Edison #52622 ELECTRIC DIAMOND DISC FOX TROTS:
"PAINTING THE CLOUDS WITH SUNSHINE" (wonderful arrangement and lovely recording!) by CALIFORNIA RAMBLERS -and-
"I WANT TO MEANDER IN THE MEADOW" by PHIL SPITALNY'S MUSIC.
BOTH sides play very well on my modern turntable with light weight tonearm.
There is an edge flake on the "PAINTING THE CLOUDS" side that does not touch any grooves (see picture). As with any early record with an edge flake(s) use care in positioning the stylus near the lead-in grooves for play and enjoyment of this side.
There are several heavier scuffs/scratches on the MEANDER IN THE MEADOW" side (see pictures).
Both sides are extremely well recorded (electrically) and incredibly enjoyable. So, in spite of occasional light surface noise, these are WONDERFUL TUNES with awesome arrangements and vocals!
*NOTE* Edison Diamond Discs are vertically recorded so they can ONLY be played on a modern turntable with lightweight tonearm or CAREFULLY on an Edison Diamond Disc Phonograph that is in good functioning condition.
