For auction is LAURA NYRO's first record, "More Than A New Discovery," on Verve-Folkways FT-3020, MONO, Promo Label, 1967.
SOUND: MINT
It has been machine-cleaned and I listened to both sides completely. Brilliant, lovely sound! Not a trace of surface noise!
VINYL: MINT
This is the 1st time I've used "MINT." I have to, the record is same-as-new: vinyl and labels are pristine. I don't believe it was ever previously removed from the sleeve. This is on a white "DJ Copy" promo label. Perfect.
JACKET: VG+
The top and bottom edges are solid with average routine wear. The spine has a small (less than 1-inch) tear/split. The corners are a little bumped or frayed. The front and back covers are clean and unmarked. The front has routine ring-wear and a narrow scuff done the left-hand side. The back cover has a little yellowing and age-spots. Overall, not a bad jacket!

An important record for the song-writer. You can't get better than this vinyl! No reserve, bidding starts at $25.
Every record I auction has been cleaned on a Nitty Gritty vacuum/cleaner. I played every record to determine if there are static, tics, pops, hisses, what have you. I endeavor to thoroughly report any extraneous audio "noise" or problems of any significance. Other than that, I will report on the general condition of each record, both vinyl and jacket, according to Goldmine standards, to the best of my ability.
Every record is put into a new, clean sleeve insert. In the case of an interesting original sleeve insert, I'll include that in the sale.
If you're into this stuff, you might want to save me to your seller's list and check back periodically. I'll be putting a lot of vintage jazz records up for auction.
