Description
Auction is for a RARE ORIGINAL CANADIAN-ONLY PRESSING of THE LAURIE BOWER SINGERS' "FEELIN' GOOD" LP on CTL (Canadian Talent Library). Without a doubt the best Laurie Bower release and also one of the toughest ones to find. Tremendous Sunshine Bossa Scat Pop featuring some of the same players off the Johnny Burt Society including Guido Basso and Moe Koffman. There's too many great tracks here to single out one or two... this is really that good that for fans of this style as it's one you can just play from front to back. Rick Wilkins of Mutual Understanding handles all the arrangements while Johnny Burt helps out in a production role. Absolutely dreamy stuff! Also, of the few different issues this title got this has got by far the best cover of all three and also seems to be variation that turns up the least. Vinyl has some light scuffs/marks and cover is still in original shrink although it's starting to tear away at the top at jacket opening. Nice copy!
