The Laurie Johnson Orchestra Chapeau Melon Et Bottes De Cuir (EMI) Cover EX / vinyl NM We all know how good is the TV theme of this super dope serie (known originaly as “The New Avengers”), but what about this incredible french issue?! Which producer from EMI had the stupid idea of asking to Patrick McNee to introduce the serie, with this very bad french language and hard english accent?! Who decided to insert in this presentation some dope never released skits taken from the TV show itself, sounding like Hanged Man ? Man… this guy was a genius! Expect some gentleman speaking, burn out car chase sounds and of course brillant drama strings and breakbeats on the Bside of this favourite of mine. Aside is the TV Theme. A Must-have for any soundtrack collectors!
