Vinyl - VG+, Sleeve - VG - LAVENDER COUNTRY (PATRICK HAGGERTY) -- Rare, original 1973 U.S. album. Landmark Private Press Alt Country-Folk-Outsider Music album, historic for being the first openly gay country LP ever released and now in the permanent archives of the Country Music Hall of Fame. (this was recently reissued on CD and vinyl to wide acclaim). A few light scratches on LP. Plays well. 2" seam split on spine, 2" seam split on bottom, and 2" seam split on top of cover. Someone hand wrote their name "John" on upper right corner of cover. Performance copyright handwritten on back of cover. MISSING INSERT!
