THE SHELLAC : EXCELLENT +
EX+ : Lightly played with minimal evidence of spindlewear, both sides of the record retain much of their original gloss with bright, undamaged Red and Black Atlantic Records labels.
The record is close to Near Mint / evident are a few cosmetic scuffs / no chips or cracking / no deep marks, and both tracks have clean playback with no skips or sticks.
A Note About The Recording Technology:
Shellac recordings used early sound recording manufacturing technology, and play with various levels of background "noise", and an occasional click or pop.
Our grading evaluations examine the record condition as a result of use after it was manufactured.
We have placed this record into a protective plastic sleeve.
It will be arranged into a sturdy mailer with plenty of protective packaging for its journey to you. These original, early recordings are great treasures, and while their shellac composition is brittle - we have not lost one yet!
We have a good deal of experience with the transit providers, and will prepare your mailer with great care.
