Bemerkungen / Comments:

The debut LP of the band was released on Flamophone in 1969. It shows our friends delivering a very cool pop sound which pays tributes to the more McCartney-esque side of the Beatles, but mixtured in a very personal way with the pop/psych/prog air of its era. Saving the distance, since Le Système Crapoutchik have a unique sound of their own that makes it hard to compare to anything else - and even not having such a baroque production - this LP could be the French equivalent to Billy Nichols 'Would You Believe'.

First time ever reissued on vinyl, from the original master tapes and reproducing the original gatefold cover, plus an insert with liner notes by Jean-Emmanuel Dubois & Marc Argenter In a limited edition of only 500 copies.

El álbum de debut del grupo apareció en Flamophone en 1969. Muestra a nuestros amigos entregando un pop de calidad que rinde tributo al lado más McCartney de los Beatles, pero mezclado de forma extremadamente personal con los aires pop/psych/prog imperantes en la época. Salvando las distancias, ya que Le Système Crapoutchik tienen un sonido muy particular que dificulta su comparación con otros artistas, y su producción no es tan barroca, este LP podría ser el equivalente francés al 'Would You Believe' de Billy Nichols.

Reeditado por primera vez en vinilo a partir de los másters originales y reproduciendo fielmente su portada 'gatefold'.Incluyendo un inserto con notas y fotos de la época a Cargo de Jean-Emanuel Dubois & Marc Argenter. Edición limitada de únicamente 500 copias.
