Description
Fab and very rare single with original company sleeve in great shape, from this mysterious US artist THE LEATHER BOY, also known as Milan. This is his third single, a terrific 2 sider issued in 1967. “Shadows” is a fantastic psychedelic track, a pure quintessence of gliding eastern atmospheres, with lot of feedbacks and echoes on voices an instruments, amazing baroque arrangements with oboe, fingerbells, electric harpsichord and spacey lysergic lyrics. “I’m a leather boy” on the other side is great too, but punchier, with fuzz, farfisa organ, lot of engine sound effects, a fantastic psychedelic garage basher!! “Shadows” appears on the following compilations : “Pebbles vol. 11”, “Trash Box”, “Psychedelic Unknowns”, and “I’m a leather boy” on “Mayhem and Psychosis vol. 1”, and “Pebbles vol. 3 & vol. 11”. Heavily recommended, one of my faves!!
Record is in VG++ condition, see scan for label sleeve.
