‘LED ZEPPELIN’
A VERY RARE LP ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND AS AN EARLY 1ST PRESSING IN TURQUOISE
‘LED ZEPPELIN’ BY THE GROUP OF THE SAME NAME. This first Album and Sleeve is very hard to find in any condition. This very rare 1969 FIRST UK LP PRESS with LED ZEPPELIN in TURQUOISE lettering on the front sleeve is on the red/maroon Atlantic label 588 171 with "Super hype" credit on the label, with 588171 A//1 and 588171 B//2. The vinyl does have a few light surface marks and rates VG there are No serious problems with play. The all important sleeve also rates VG - it has some minor lamination creases on front and back of cover and negligible wear on corners with a little scuffing and some creases to the spine, the LED ZEPPELIN lettering and ATLANTIC 588 171 (catalogue No.) down the spine are still show very bold and clear in Black, with some lamination creasing to opening edge of cover. Inner original white sleeve in immaculate condition. Absolutely no writing anywhere on laminated cover, very clean. Not a mint copy, but a very good one considering the LP is now 37years old and are getting extremely rare to find, as it was quickly changed to the orange lettering version.
