Dispatch time: I dispatch within 24 hours of cleared funds, sometimes even the same day if the payment is received early enough and I am able to get to the post office in time. After that, it's down to the Royal Mail and whichever international mail service is involved - all of which is out of my control.
Postage and packing costs: It generally costs me more than I charge for shipping by the time I add in my mailers, stiffeners, shipping labels, printer ink, packing tape, fragile labels, petrol to the post office...so I do not overcharge on my shipping costs in any way.

FULLY PLAY GRADED VINYL - FROM START TO FINISH
PLAYGRADED: not simply glanced at with a superficial visual grading, fully played and graded throughout (listened to on headphones - the most revealing playgrade method, with no exterior audio distractions)
VINYL:

Vinyl looks very good+, a few surface scuffs and light hairlines but plays fine throughout. Plays as VG+ with light background crackle on run ins and in between tracks, audible on quietest moments, but loud audio obliterates nearly all of it. The occasional light pop here and there. Superb tone and volume from this UK 1st press.
OUTER SLEEVE:
Original 1st press sleeve in very good condition. Spine is legible. Bottom and top edge has worn, but no seam splits. Slight ringwear.
LABELS:
Excellent, no graffiti, a few light spindle traces.
INNER SLEEVE:
Original poly lined sleeve in good condition. Seam split at edge and a few creases.
