Led Zeppelin 2 UK Vinyl release
On the Plumb label A2-B2 on the runout/ dead wax.
Very rare copy of Zep 2 as it has the rare "green spine" on the LIGHT BROWN cover, I have read online that there were less than a 1000 of these covers released, whether that is correct I don't know.
This is a fantastic Zep 2!!
The cover is in excellent condition, its the very light brown version only found on the early first pressings, its a beauty!!!...strong seams and a great spine, inside of gatefold is perfect.
The vinyl itself is EXCELLENT and plays and sounds superb, you get the best sound experience only from these big heavy grooved Plum label first pressing..no doubt about it. Very tiny wobble on side 1 as can be seen on the video
Vinyl looks fab and there are hardly any marks at all, it looks amazing for over 50 years old, one very small scratch on Whole Lotta Love just before Jimmy's solo which clicks for a wee bit...
Test played on my Project Essential deck with no sticks or jumps...obviously!!..
labels are in near perfect condition.
original inner paper sleeve is present and in excellent condition.
please don't confuse this copy of Zep 2 with the multitude of worn out copies available for sale,
Not only is it a super rare version of Zep 2, its also in fantastic condition...
