Description
You're bidding on a very rare early pressing of "Led Zeppelin" (their first album) on the 1968 pink & brown Atlantic # 8216, as released in January, 1969. This label had a very short run as Atlantic was changing over to their new red & green labels, which they used throughout the rest of the year and through the 1970s and '80s.
The album is a strong NM- for the vinyl AND the jacket. The jacket has no tears, stains or splitting points and no discoloration. But sides of the jacket are beautiful! The vinyl looks almost unplayed. The labels are clear (despite the limitations of my copier). The vinyl is clean and glossy with only the tiniest hair marks from being pulled in and out of the paper sleeve. Also, the original sleeve is included, and it rates as VG+.
This is a rare opportunity to have this ultra rare variation album in this good of a condition!
