HOUSES OF THE HOLY
Issue : UK 1st PRESS Label : ATLANTIC
Catalogue No : K 50014 Matrix : K 50014 A2//B2 STERLING
This UK 1st press is on the green and orange Atlantic label. It is complete with the earliest K 50014 A2//B2 STERLING matrix, the earliest heavy flat edge vinyl, the original printed inner sleeve and the original light sheen MacNeill Press gatefold sleeve.
The vinyl is in Excellent condition. Every side has the most sensational mirrored gloss, every track gleams. There are a couple of wispy marks and one small mark but these are insignificant, the vinyl is still glossy and bright. The original Atlantic labels are exceptionally bright and completely clean. The colour is solid and unworn, the text is sharp and there is only the very slightest spindle wear.
The original printed inner sleeve is solid, completely clean and although there are a couple of edge splits the edges are still very firm.
The sound quality is Excellent. The vinyl lies completely flat on the turntable and from the moment it begins it is exceptionally rich and vibrant. Superb clarity and separation, the original warm complete sound.
The matt gatefold sleeve is in Excellent condition. It is exceptionally bright and the colours are as new. The edges are firm with just a little very light wear. The inside is superb. The whole sleeve is firm and the spine is firm with sharp text.
