Nice copy of this 1969 rock classic with the excellent sound quality being a real highlight
The condition of the vinyl is very good plus (VG+) - the vinyl has retained a nice jet black sheen with a few very light surface only paper scuffs and hairlines on each side, including a slightly more visible 3cm light scuff line at 6 o'clock on side 1, but none appear to be below the surface and all are non-feelable and barely impinging upon the impressive sound quality. Excellent plus (EX+) condition labels with the only blemishes being some small and very light spindle trails on each - otherwise perfect. Note the side 2, track 2 credit error "LIVIN' LOVIN' WRECK" which is unique to UK very 1st pressings - for later pressings this was corrected to "LIVIN' LOVIN' MAID". Very good plus (VG+) condition original 1st press non-laminated E.J. Day gatefold sleeve with firm edges though there is some mild intermittent sporadic scuffing on each of the top and bottom edges with a number of "nicks" on the edge (though all spine text remains perfectly legible), and the scuffing is slightly more pronounced towards the corners. There is no cardboard creasing, a little very mild ring wear on the reverse side only, no edge fraying on the opening sides and no unwanted writing. There are just a couple of small and very light handling/storage surface marks on each of the front and reverse sidesand some very slight vertical discolouration adjacent to the spine - minor. The inside of the gatefold is excellent with no obvious blemishes at all. Note the hue green colouring towards the left of the top edge and again on the bottom half of the spine - another unique identifier of very 1st UK pressings. In summary not quite excellent condition but certainly a "very good plus" and remaining eminently presentable. Impressive excellent (EX) STEREO audio quality with no skips, jumps, repeats, sticks, clicks or distortion and any background crackle is at an absolute minimum. Every track makes for a great listen - timeless rock! Comes with original and very good plus condition poly-lined inner sleeve with no seam splits, tears, or edge fraying and barely any creasing, with the only blemish being some mild browning/age discolouration next to the edges. A few minor blemishes but overall a very nice copy of this 1969 rare "WRECK" variant UK 1st pressing, with the impressive sound quality being a real highlight.

Note that I always insert the vinyl into a new plain white poly-lined inner sleeve in order to protect the original during postage, and separate this from the outer sleeve to prevent seam splits. I use thick cardboard stiffeners and take great care in my packaging to ensure as far as possible that these precious records reach their destination in exactly the same condition as when they leave me.
