The vinyl grades as VG both visually and play graded, but plays close to a VG+ for large parts of the LP. The vinyl has lots of light marks and scuffs but nothing is deep or really feelable, plus it still retains a lot of original gloss. In the pictures in natural light it's still really glossy. However under bright light lots of light marks are visible on each side. When played there's crackle on the intro and it's quite noticeable for the first 30 secs or so but then it fades and is soon lost in the music. Even in quieter tracks later on the crackle is only very light.


The rare 1st press light brown sleeve is also VG but towards the lower end, as with nearly all copies there's considerable ring wear to the rear and all edges have rubbed white or close to. That said, it's fully inatct with no splits or tears. On the spine the top section has turned green (see pics) confirming the sleeve to be a first press too. There's a tiny blue biro mark on the front but no names or sticker and the inside of the gatefold is really bright and clean. The text on the spine is still legible if a little worrn bu edge wear and creases. Both plum labels inc the Wreck credit are a solid VG+. Orig inner is also VG+.
