Hello and welcome to this auction for a 'Led Zeppelin - II (2) 1969 RARE FIRST PRESS PLUM Atlantic vinyl LP' in overall VERY GOOD+ condition!
Vinyl:
- Side 1 - quite a few light hairlines/sleeve removal trails. Nothing serious, deep or feelable. Rated as VERY GOOD+. Label is VERY GOOD+.
- Side 2 - more light marks than Side 1 but nothing feelable. Rated as VERY GOOD. Label is VERY GOOD+.
AUDIO:
- The audio is currently rated as EXCELLENT-/EXCELLENT!! I can confirm that the record plays all the way through with NO SKIPS, NO JUMPS and NO STICKS on my system!! Fantastic audio with very very light crackle in quiet places but nowhere near overbearing - barely noticeable! Very punchy and loud! Crisp highs and punchy lows - a fantatsic sound! Lies flat and plays very well!
Sleeve:
- The original 1969 gatefold outer sleeve is in VERY GOOD/VERY GOOD+ condition!! Full intact! The front of the sleeve is nice and clean with edgwear and some corner rubbing. The spine is readable, except for the last 3 numbers on the bottom of the spine but NO SPLITS! Slight discolouration in places and the bottom corners have some marks where it looks like it may have been stuck together...PLEASE SEE ALL PICTURES! Still nice and clean and intact!!
