Description
On offer, here today is the extremely rare Led Zeppelin 2 album, on original plum Atlantic label. This LP is an original and a first release it is not a re-issue and is thus, desirable. The plum Atlantic label is very sought-after and much sought after as it is fare rarer than the orange green Atlantic re-releases that we see so frequently.
This Lp has the added rarity of crediting the lemon song on the gatefold vinyl cover but crediting killing floor on the actual vinyl. The song was initially called Killing floor but was changed by Led Zeppelin shortly before re-lease to The lemon song. By this time a select few originals had been released. These were in a limited number. This mistake was quickly noticed by Atlantic and Led Zeppelin and the album was withdrawn and re-released with the mistake rectified, so these incorrect albums are very rare because of their desirability and the scarceness.

In addition the record cover, would appear to be signed / autographed by the full LED ZEPPELIN line-up - JIMMY PAGE, ROBERT PLANT, JOHN PAUL JONES & JOHN BONHAM - ON THE FROUNT OF THE SLEEVE but I have no way of authenticating the signatures, so I am selling it with no CoA, without proof and no money back guarantee if the signatures / autographs proves to be falsified.
I have been a collector of music memorbelia for many years and have an extensive collection however, I am running out of storage space so I am getting rid of a few items on ebay - please email me if you are looking for stuff.
The vinyl is - according to the record collecting guide for record quality grading 2004 - in GOOD condition; the sleeve is CRISP and in EXCELLENT condition also. The cover is in GOOD condition and the PLUM ATLANTIC LABEL is in MINT CONDITION.
The record itself plays beautifully and is filled with many classic gems, including whole lotta love.
