This auction is for the outrageously rare second album miss print of Livin'  Lovin' Wreck on the label. This album was immediately retracted to be replaced with the correct "Maid" credit. As such this is insanely desirable!

This very rare and highly collectable first pressing on the red/plum label has the incorrect 'Livin' Lovin' Wreck' credit on the label (instead of "Maid") as well as the 'The Lemon Song' credit of course.  This is one of the most collectable Led Zeppelin albums today and the audio is of a high standard and is one of the cleanest I have ever heard, the audio grades as EX for the vast majority.
It also has the original E.J Day light brown gatefold.
As per the first pressings it has the 'Copyright Control' publishing credits rather than the 'Warner Bros/Jewel Music' which is on the later pressings.  The matrix numbers also confirm this to be one of the very first off the 'production line'

Vinyl: EX . Great heavy first UK press vinyl . A beautiful heavy glossy vinyl.  Under a strong light only the very lightest wispy retraction paper traces can be seen. Any LP will have this as soon as they are taken out of its sleeve. These are totally invisible in normal light.  Only  lightly played. I subjected the record to a detailed listen on my high end system and it did not disappoint. This sounded better than any re-issue like only a first press can. Lovely channel separation without any distortion or crackle. There is still some vinyl debris in the spindle hole indicating minimal play (please see picture). This vinyl will be an upgrade for most.

Gatefold sleeve:  VG+ to EX.  A great gatefold sleeve and the original matt light brown one for this first UK press version. Only light storage wear to the top and bottom edges. A crisp opening without any tears. This is a very hard sleeve to find in such great condition as it is matt and many owners did not look after their albums properly. This copy is well preserved and has been carefully stored as all other albums from this wonderful prog collection. A great spine which is still fully legible. The inside gatefold is near mint with just a neat name of a previous owner to the right side. NO tears and NO creases. NO splits. Light ring to the rear. More from this wonderful collection will be listed in the near future.This looks just splendid and is an absolute upgrade for most Zep collectors!!

This album also retains the original blue printed inner in fine fettle.
