Description

LED ZEPPELIN II 1st PRESS 1969 - Super RARE first press first variant
Original vinyl on UK first press Atlantic 588198 plum labels.
In addition to the Livin' Lovin' Wreck misprint, which was corrected almost immediately, this also includes the label errors for The LEMON SONG (later changed to Killing Floor with songwriting change too) & the THANKYOU misprint.
A2/B2 matricies - the earliest you can find for this lp. A previous owner has neatly scratched his name into the dead wax. Tear to one label - see pics.
There are visible light scratches and plays with some crackle at times, but no heavy clicks, no skips or jumps.
The sleeve is a later one, but this is not obvious unless you look at the smallprint on the inside of the gatefold. See the photos for details. The sleeve has some wear to edges and spine and some age, as to be expected. Nice clear strong spine. Again, see photos. Generic old inner.
I also have a Led Zep IV variant 5 and a Led Zep III with Peter Grant credit in my other items.
Lots of great Rolling Stones, Beatles, Pink Floyd, Nirvana first press vinyl in my other items.
