Vinyl is graded as EXCELLENT. Very feint superficial marks only from handling, nothing significant or that sounds. The record plays well with a good crisp authentic sound with only a very occasional pop and minimal background crackle.
Labels are EXCELLENT condition with no marks or writing.
The lighter brown sleeve by E.J.Day & Co London is graded EXCELLENT overall. There is minor creasing to the rear sleeve near the opening (see photograph) this does not really show in normal handling. Otherwise there is only minimal age and corner wear with no label removal residue or writing indentation at all. The detail on the spine is clearly readable with virtually no wear.
This is a superb early example of this iconic classic rock album in exceptional condition after 49 years. It has been stored mostly unplayed for about 30 years (since I bought it on CD). It has been kept in a protective plastic sleeve and stored upright.
The album will be despatched in a cardboard record mailer with two extra card stiffeners, and in a plastic sleeve. The record will packed out of the sleeve to prevent damage in transit.
