Led Zeppelin II 1969 Atlantic 8236
Ok This is it, the legendary Robert Ludwig 'Hot" master. If you haven't heard it you need to. It is amazing, the music jumps right off the disc at you. In fact when it was first introduced, that is exactly what happened, it was so hot that it made cheap cartridges literally skip, causing many returns as defective and the master was withdrawn. This is a true Ludwig master with the RL in the deadwax on both sides. Even rarer this is the Specialty Records pressing who manufactured albums for Atlantic in the 60's, great chance to own a remarkable piece of Zeppelin history
Record: Play Graded VG+, there is some noise on the opening tracks on both sides, and a few spots where you can hear the background noise, but wen the music kicks in it is hard to hear anything else Jacket : Strong VG, no splits, some soiling especially on the spine, and the initials BM written on the front cover
