For sale here is a VERY rare LP. THE THIRD(especially in this condition) by LED ZEPPELIN called " LED ZEPPELIN III" and is an ORIGINAL 1970UK STEREO 1st Pressing on the 1st Press ATLANTIC label.THIS LP IS MEGA RARE AND VERY DIFFICULT TO LOCATE. THIS IS ONE OF LED ZEPPELIN's RAREST LP's EVER, AND HARDLY EVER TURNS UP FOR SALE... TRY AND GET HOLD OF ANOTHER ONE!..NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN STUNNING CONDITION...(have a look at my photo's) THIS IS THE ORIGINAL UK 1970  STEREO 1st PRESSING ON THE 1st PRESS PAGE ONE LABEL... 1st PRESS A5  / B5 MATRIXES, AND 1st PRESS FULLY LAMINATED GATEFOLD ERNEST J. DAY PATENTS PENDING SLEEVE (WITH FULLY WORKING WHEEL) ...THIS LP IS MEGA MEGA RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND - SO DON'T MISS OUT ON THIS ULTRA RARE RECORD...this is the ORIGINAL ATLANTIC UK STEREO 1st pressing from 1970 and is in STUNNING condition!..The record is pressed on a slab of THICK black quality vinyl. The Cat no. 2401002 on the 1st press ATLANTIC label...(have a look at my photo's) and is a UK STEREO 1st Pressing..

Labels are the sensational red / plum ATLANTIC format in mint condition!!. With the  ATLANTIC logo's to the left of the central holes on both sides of the labels to confirm that this is the very first issue of this magnificent rarity. Has the original first pressing "produced by Jimmy Page executive producer Peter Grant" label texts, later pressings do not have this!!! Both labels have only 2 or 3 very light spindle lines to indicate that this has possibly been played 2 or 3 times!!! Has no damage of any kind. NO graffiti , NO rips NO tears or stickers and would therefore grade as mint condition!!!!

Vinyl

Thickly pressed quality vinyl with jet black mirrior like surfaces That have that just pressed look!!. A magnificent vintage classic. Against a strong halogen light and angled at 45 degrees , There are NO surface marks NO scratches

 and NO blemishes at all!! NO tiny wispy faint lines visible whatsoever !!!! A remarkable visual and impossible to locate  in this in this condition! and would therefore grade as near as mint !!! The vinyl has a beautiful full sheen which would be impossible to find on a record of  nearly 40 years!!!!.... (under even closer inspection there is a very tiny faded spot on side 2. about 3mm that is barely noticeable , you have to look really close!! i think it's a slight fade on the vinyl whilst being pressed. this does not effect the playback, this stops the vinyl from being mint!!)

Sleeve

First issue fully laminaded Ernest J. Day patents pending sleeve is in near mint condition!!! Very very rare for a record  record of nearly 40 years old!!!..Showing virtually NO signs of wear and NO ring wear at all!!!,with only a very small corner crease at the front of the sleeve bottom right. The sleeve has NO rips,NO tears and absolutley NO graffitti or stickers whatsoever!!!,and is a pleasure to view.The sleeve would therefore easily grade as excellent++ /  near mint condition!!! and is a Fantastic collectors item. The Spine is perfectly straight and clearly legible.This is a stunning example of this sensational ATLANTIC classic !!!

Led Zeppelin III is the third album by English rock band Led Zeppelin. It was recorded between January and July 1970 and was released on 5 October 1970 by Atlantic Records. Composed largely at a remote cottage in Wales known as Bron-Yr-Aur, this work represented a maturing of the band's music towards a greater emphasis on folk and acoustic sounds. This surprised many fans and critics, and upon its release the album received rather indifferent reviews. Although it is not one of the highest sellers in Led Zeppelin's catalog, Led Zeppelin III is now generally acknowledged as representing an important milestone in the band's history.
